Frequency (how often)You need to exercise at least three times a week to build fitness. A person who exercises only once a week won’t improve fitness and will probable feel sore alter one days training.
Intensity (how hard)
If you exercise too easily, you won’t improve your fitness. If you train too hard and you aren’t used to exercise, it may cause injury. You should try to increase the number of times you repeat an exercise and build up your resistente.
Time (how long)
You must exercise at least 15 – 30 minutes at one time. You should do enough exercise to burn extra calories and lose unnecessary fat.
