In century XXI many people suffer from stress and this aspect has afeccted to men, women and young people too. The main causes stress are: job pressure, exams, money, marriage, divorce, ending relationships, illnesses in the family and death.I consider people to change their lifestyle altogether: do yoga, do exercise, play a sport, paint, walk, listening to music, watch TV or speaking with a friend. If you want change your lifestyle, you will should laugh and smile more frequently. Than, when you laugh and smile your body can be relaxed.
