CONTROLLABLE RISK FACTORS FOR HEART DISEASE

Smoking: Smokers have twice the risk.

Obesity: Overweight people have an incresed risk.

Stress: People who have stressful job have a higher risk.

High Blood Pressure: People are subject to heart attacks.

Inactivity: People who don’t participate in physical activities and exercise have increased riks of heart disease.


Note: those definitions are the result of a english course that I made in 2004

THE BODY MUST TO STAY IN ACTIVITY, BECAUSE IS VERY IMPORTANT TRY TO BE SANE AND DON'T SMOKING, DON'T EAT FAST FOOD.

I TRY TO MAKE THAT, BUT SOMETIMES IT'S DIFFICULT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR GO TO MY HOUSE AND LUNCH AND THEM, I LUNCH AN HAMBURGER OR A HOT DOG OR PIZZA.
