MY POOR TRAVEL

Dear Mr. Disasters
General Manager
Kingston Hotel
I'm writing to complain about poor service I received when I traveled to Unite States. Because I want to tell you a couple of things that made me uncomfortable services, tour, room and the food.

Firstly, the more important aspect about my complaint is the attitude of your touristic guide because he was an aggresive person with me during city tour.

On the other hand, your employees are very unreliable because while I was staying in your hotel, my things were missing magically/misteriously.

Furthermore, tha food was awful. It was cold and tasted horrible. Really I have recived a great sorprise with hotel service.

I'm very disappointed indeed. I won't stay in your hotel again and I hope my complain can be taken into account. Obviously I want to recive an answers as soon as possible.

OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE

I think that overweight people has suffered by their physical appearance and they have worried by their situation because the society has considered that the most important now is the body image issuses and our culture dictates standarized beauty ideals.

My advive for overweight people is that the most important is take a good decisión about your health spacially eating fats food. Furthermore in this century people prefer consumption artificial food because now the person live very fast and hve decided est junk food and this food type could cause serious peoblems in the arterious and venous and obviously the colesterol levels has increased the metabolic answers and the returm venous is very bad and yoo may lead heart attacks.

A TERRIFYING STORY THAT I HAVE HEARD

The black cat is a thriller story about a man that loved the animals. When the man was a little boy he had many animals. Then, the man married when he was young and his wife loved the animals too. They have many animals between them a cat; the cat was big, beautiful and intelligent and it was black its name was Pluto; but the drink changed the man and he hit his wife and his animals. However one day the man cut out one eyes Pluto with a Knife for this reason, the cat never came near the man. One day later, the man caught the cat and hung him by his neck from a tree until he was dead but he can’t forget the cat shape for months and he even saw it in his dreams.

Later, the man saw a cat as Pluto but this cat had a large white shape on his front, and was the favorite animals. Although, several weeks later, the man began to dislike the animals, besides the cat had one eye and this remember his first cat, but the animal loved the man. Moreover the shape in front of the cat was a terrible machine of pain and death, the gallows. Then the man was now a very different person. One day the man took the axe and tried to cut the animal in two. But, the woman stopped the arm with her hand. Then, the man buried the axe in the head of his wife. Later, the man hid the body of his wife in the middle of the wall of the cellar.

Next, the man went upstairs to kill the cat. But, the man could not find the animal. Then, fourth day later the police came to the house. But they found nothing. However, a voice came from inside the wall. Then, they began breaking down the wall and there she was, with dried blood all over her head and the cat was standing on her head. Of course, the woman was dead.

AVOIDING STRESS

In century XXI many people suffer from stress and this aspect has afeccted to men, women and young people too. The main causes stress are: job pressure, exams, money, marriage, divorce, ending relationships, illnesses in the family and death.

I consider people to change their lifestyle altogether: do yoga, do exercise, play a sport, paint, walk, listening to music, watch TV or speaking with a friend. If you want change your lifestyle, you will should laugh and smile more frequently. Than, when you laugh and smile your body can be relaxed.

CONTROLLABLE RISK FACTORS FOR HEART DISEASE

Smoking: Smokers have twice the risk.

Obesity: Overweight people have an incresed risk.

Stress: People who have stressful job have a higher risk.

High Blood Pressure: People are subject to heart attacks.

Inactivity: People who don’t participate in physical activities and exercise have increased riks of heart disease.

KEEPING FIT

Frequency (how often)
You need to exercise at least three times a week to build fitness. A person who exercises only once a week won’t improve fitness and will probable feel sore alter one days training.


Intensity (how hard)
If you exercise too easily, you won’t improve your fitness. If you train too hard and you aren’t used to exercise, it may cause injury. You should try to increase the number of times you repeat an exercise and build up your resistente.

Time (how long)
You must exercise at least 15 – 30 minutes at one time. You should do enough exercise to burn extra calories and lose unnecessary fat.

KEEPING IN SHAPE

Exercise will not keep you from getting disease, no prevent or cure infections, but it does sem. To help some medical problems. Many doctors agree that people with a low resistance develop infections more easily. Therefore, if you stay fit and healthy it Hill help you increase your resistance to infections.

Research shows that people who exercise regularly have less risk of certain types of cancer than people who don’t exercise. Exercise isn’t recommended for a person with an infection. If you have a cold or flu, then rest is the best remedy.

Teenagers aren’t usually concerned about their health. They think that the healh problems only affect older people. However, this isn’t trae. Scientists have found that risk of Herat disease starts very early in life. If you begin exercising when you are young and continue i ton a regular basis you can reduce the risk of illness throughout your life.
