I'm writing to complain about poor service I received when I traveled to Unite States. Because I want to tell you a couple of things that made me uncomfortable services, tour, room and the food.
Firstly, the more important aspect about my complaint is the attitude of your touristic guide because he was an aggresive person with me during city tour.
On the other hand, your employees are very unreliable because while I was staying in your hotel, my things were missing magically/misteriously.
Furthermore, tha food was awful. It was cold and tasted horrible. Really I have recived a great sorprise with hotel service.
I'm very disappointed indeed. I won't stay in your hotel again and I hope my complain can be taken into account. Obviously I want to recive an answers as soon as possible.
